The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), which had its inaugural season in 2019, was founded by brothers Paul and Mike Rabil. Paul, who was drafted first overall by the Major League Lacrosse’s (MLL) Boston Cannons in 2008, has created this new league as a competitor to the MLL.
The PLL is hosting a special Championship Series tournament from July 25 to August 9, and fans can purchase the PLL Pass. It is available in the following states: Austria, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
In addition to being able to watch every game of the 2019 PLL season on-demand with the PLL Pass, fans have access to every 2020 game.
How Much is the Premier Lacrosse League Pass?
The only way to purchase the PLL Pass is through NBC Sports, and the price is $19.99.
The PLL Pass can be used through April 1, 2021, and the subscription auto-renews for the start of the 2021 season. It can be canceled prior to the 2021 season, so that PLL fans can pay for just 2020.
Fans can purchase the PLL Pass via NBC Sports and watch the thrilling PLL action, which will be played almost every day from July 25 to August 9.
The PLL Championship Series, which will be played at Zions Bank Stadium in Herriman, Utah, begins on July 25 with Group Play. The later rounds are the following: the Elimination Round begins August 4, the Semifinals will be played on August 6, and the Championship Game will be on August 9.
PLL fans will be enjoying a lot of lacrosse action, as there will be just two off days from the beginning of the Championship Series to the start of the Elimination Round: July 29 and August 3.
The following lacrosse clubs will be returning from 2019: Archers, Atlas, Chaos, Chrome, Redwoods, and the defending champion Whipsnakes. The PLL is adding one expansion team for 2020: the Waterdogs Lacrosse Club.
