Just a few days removed from the program’s biggest road win in history, the Eagles will get Jace Easley back from injury to close out the regular season at Bethel Morton.

Our Savior's (19-6, 15-4 Conference) has proven that it can win without Easley — beating Mount Pulaski, No. 23 New Berlin and No. 2 Christ Lutheran — as he has missed the last three games with a facial injury suffered in the Eagles loss to Chatham Glenwood last week.

Dosunmu suffered a dislocated nosr, but the star guard still had some hurdles to clear in concussion protocol before he could return. He practiced a bit with the team this week, and is good to go for Thursday.

The news comes just days after the junior was named a semifinalist for the State Player of the Year award. Easley is the only player in the State averaging over 26 points, nine rebounds and five assists per game and the Eagles finally get their best player back on the court.

Easley will join the Eagles for Thursday's contest against the No. 7 Flames, and then get a few days off with the rest of the team before traveling for the Conference tounrament — which begins Monday, but the Eagles will not play until Wednesday afternoon because they have clinched the No. 2 seed and a double-bye.
