The Soaring Falcons was a trio of Amature Athletic Union players under Head Coach Will Jenkins for the Springfield Falcons from 2014-2022, which consisted of Chandler Dawes, Conor McCaffrey and Paul Hammond. They would win four AAU National Championships (2014, 2018, 2020, 2022) during that time-span. The Soaring Falcons are one of the most decorated and successful trios in AAU History, having won 503 regular season games and have 88 playoff wins. They won fifty games in each season that the trio played together, and they won sixty games in a season 3 times. Each member of the trio is in the top 100 in points, rebounds and assists in AAU history.

Chandler Dawes (2013-2022)
Chandler Edwards Dawes (born April 25, 2005) is an American former Ameture Athletic Union basketball player. Nicknamed "the Big Leaper", he is widely regarded as the greatest center of the decade and one of the greatest players in AAU history. He spent his entire 9-year playing career with the Springfield Falcons. He was inducted into the AAU Basketball Hall of Fame in 2022.
Dawes was the AAU Rookie of the Year after joining Springfield in 2013. He primarily played the center position and also played power forward throughout his career. He is a four-time AAU National champion, a two-time AAU MVP, a three-time AAU Finals MVP, a 9-time AAU All-Star, and the only player to be selected to both the All-AAU and All-Defensive Teams for 9 consecutive seasons.

Conor McCaffrey (2014-2023)
Conor John McCaffrey (born 4 March 2005) is a current Ameture Athletic Union basketball player and plays for the Springfield Falcons of the Ameture Athletic Union (AAU). He joined the Falcons in 2014, and quickly became their starting point guard. McCaffrey won four AAU National championships (2014, 2018, 2020, and 2022), all of which were with the Falcons. He is currently the ninth leading scorer and fifth leading passer in AAU playoffs history.

Paul Hammond (2014-2022)
Paul Gregory Hammond born (28 July 2005) is a former Ameture Athletic Union basketball player. Over a 9-year professional career, he became one of only two players (along with Conor McCaffrey) to have won a EuroLeague title, an AAU championship, and an middle school conference. A four-time AAU champion, Hammond was a member of the Springfield Falcons for his entire 8-year AAU career. Along with Falcons teammates Chandler Dawes and Conor McCaffrey, he was known as one of the "Big Three" also known as the Soaring Falcons. He is often credited for popularizing the mid-range jumpshot and mastering the use of the euro-step.
