Las Vegas - I haven't slept in 72 hours. First, my flight gets delayed out of Baton Rouge, then my connection in Dallas got canceled. By the time I got to the MGM Grand, I was a cranky and a tad neurotic. It's not unusual to see masked travelers in the Vegas International Airport, but the Coronavirus has got me bugged out. So, I hailed a cab (I ain't about to use Uber with the way they treat women) and told my driver to get me to the nearest betting window.

I looked down at my phone. 8:17 PM PST. I had less than an hour to get my bet on The Gypsy King made, check into my room, and get to the press box for the big fight. Wouldn't you know it, the cab broke down about a mile from the MGM Grand. I just started walking. Why not? I could use the exercise after sitting on a plane most of the day. Unfortunately, I was besieged by flunkies hawking coupons to comedy shows, burlesque venues, and buffets. I finally reached the hotel. It was nearly 9 PM and I didn't have a minute to spare.

The glittering lights must have thrown off my circadian rhythm (among other rhythms), for as soon as I saw Morimoto's Restaurant, I strolled right in and order a big old tomahawk rib-eye steak. I didn't get my bet in on Tyson Fury, I didn't get checked into my hotel room. I may even lose my job. But, let me tell you - that steak was GOOOOOODDDDD.

Speaking of good, here's the Week 4 Poll. Good luck everyone. If anyone knows about any job openings for writers who like to eat, let me know.
