Rules
1.No cherry picking. Not playing D, standing on / waiting for ball. All 5 players must play Defense. Leaking is allowed, but players must be active on defense.
2. The left/right cheese. Running to the left and then to the right of the court over and over until one gets open. Other forms of this count as cheese as well.
3. Charge/Offensive foul cheese. Excessively setting up a charge or multiple offensive fouls leading to turnovers anywhere before the half-court mark is prohibited. Charges are legal at the half-court mark and down.
Off-ball charges in the paint exploit are prohibited. Forcing charges in the paint when an off ball player is running through the paint is an exploit and use of it is intolerable.
4. Out of bounds rebound cheese. Standing out of bounds so you won’t get boxed out and then jump for the rebound.
Holding CIRCLE in the paint cheese. Holding the CIRCLE button to prevent being boxed out and allowing for an easy rebound attempt.
5. Speed burst cheese. We will not tolerate excessive use of the speed burst cheese, if a player is doing this o mulitple occasions it is deemed excessive and grounds for investigation.
