Fresh off a bye week, the Saj and Friends crew was a little sluggish from the tip and Craft Team took advantage forcing SAF into quick shots and turnovers, pushing the ball in transition for easy buckets, and dominating the boards in the first half giving them a 9 point lead at the break However, SAF came out of halftime doing their best Golden State Warriors impression. Behind a barrage of 3s and baskets from Arron Mollet (game-high 23 points, league-record 7 3PM), Austin Liou (18 points, 3 3PM), and Charles Barratt (13 points) with Webster Jones facilitating (game-high 4 assists), SAF blew the game wide open outscoring Craft Team 44-19 in the second half and grabbing their first win of the season despite strong efforts from Dezmond Chatman (game-high 24 points) and Mo Halaweh (game-high 10 rebounds).

𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗧𝗪𝗢: Here for Exercise 67 - The Boys 70
Our second game of the week featured The Boys taking on undefeated Here for Exercise in an intense battle that led to our first 2OT finish in league history! A more even matchup couldn’t have been drawn up as both teams featured four double-digit scorers, had 10+ steals & blocks, and ultimately were tied at every stoppage point until the last shot in sudden death - a game winning three by Gage Henley (game-high 25 points and 5 steals) - handing HFE its first loss of the season despite a valiant 17 point second-half surge from Kyle Emile (finished with a team-high 24 points) and strong performances from Wade Morgan (14 points, 7 boards), Neal Ghosh (11 points, 4 boards, 3 assists, 2 steals), and Colin Moore (game-high 12 rebounds). Noah Phillips stuffed the stat sheet with 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists to lead The Boys to an impressive victory.

𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘: Ballerz 49 - HIMBYs 53
Our last game of Week 4 between the Ballerz and the HIMBYs was a physical battle that was mostly determined inside the arc. The HIMBYs came out to an early lead behind 12 first half points from Keith Shattuck, but tough buckets from Seth Cordts (game-high 15 points), strong post play from Rob Mohen(12 points), and stingy defense from Michael Li (game-high 4 steals) kept the Ballerz in the mix right up until the end of the game. Unfortunately, their missed free throws and clutch buckets from Matt Bergland (12 points) and Tyler Haberman (10 points) off of Cameron Haberman’s passing (game-high 5 assists) sealed the deal for the HIMBYs.
