1994 vs 1999
With the scores only separated by 4 points at 45 to 41 and only a minute left in the game, two missed free throws by Joseph Card still gave the '99 team a chance to make something happen. The second missed free throw was rebounded D. Bradley of '99 who tossed it to O. Zelaya at half court, a few dribbles and an attempted steal by a streaking '94 player caused Zelaya to dribble the ball into an opposing player. That player was Errol Noralez who stole the ball and threw an outlet pass to a wide open teammate under the basket at the other end. That 94 player made the decisive layup that sealed the game and resulted in what would be the final score of the game, 47 to 41.
On the same possession as the decisive layup, '99 Center, Darryl Bradley got a calf muscle cramp and was sidelined for the remaining seconds of the game. At that point, however, the game was all but decided.
