As we have gone through week one and almost through week two of our NBA season, we look back upon some of the amazing performances we have witnessed. Whether it's WaxNewton's 56 Points while shooting only a handful of 3 point shots or CrazyKiller catching fire in the fourth vs Denver, these are early signs that this will be a season for the history books. This segment will focus on 3 Stars who performed well in the games played so far this season, Stay tuned for more!
Oklahoma City Thunder - WaxNewton
An amazing 56 points from WaxNewton puts him in the frontrunner for PPG in the League averaging 43 PPG as well as 7.5 RPB. Wax has made it clear that he is trying to separate himself as the best bigman in the league! Annihilating the post defenses of most teams, Wax has become the type of post player that forces defenses to guard him because he is able to finesse in a layup if he needs to or dunk on you with authority if you get in his way. He also can cause you trouble on the defensive end with his 4.5 SPG and is able to find the open man if his shot isn't there. He's the full package of what you look for when you want and anchor in the paint.
Chicago Bulls - CrazyKiller789
One word, Sharpshooter! Leading a Bulls team with 39 PPG the rookie CrazyKiller is shocking the world! It seems like the amount of defenders on him does not phase him because he is still able to step back for a 3 in your mouth. He makes Steph Curry's range look like child's play with the deep threes he takes. If the Bulls Roster becomes more active, I feel like a frontal attack from KrentLok,Duncxn and CrazyKiller would give any team nightmares.
Indiana Pacers - Schobee
Schobee is an example of what you call a well rounded player. He is able to shoot better then most guards and holds a presence in the paint like WaxNewton. Schobee is an example of what you want in a leader, and a player. With 36 PPG and 9SPG he is another one of those players who can hurt you on both sides of the floor .Although taking a tough loss to the Rockets earlier in the season, Schobee will have the chance to prove to the whole league and to himself how good of a player he is. Tune in to his game against Cleveland tomorrow, because he will definitely to give us a game for the books!
