After the Pelicans stormed past the Pacers in the 4th quarter after a relatively close game, the Pelicans came out with the win, with Lonzo of the Pelicans recording a triple double and dropping 60 points, 10 assists, and 12 rebounds, while his teammate Norman dropping 23. The Pelicans outperformed the Pacers it seems, as Griffin dropped 40 points, Dev stepped up with 35, and Fire and Simon came in with roleplayers with 10+ points. Fire seemed to have significantly solid defense, and Griffin had a good performance against the Pacers. Lonzo just couldn't get to the win.

Pontiac made two mistakes and got sat out for the entire 1st half. Enraged with Griffin's choices, he was able to get back in the game, but had a terrible performance, going 0-6 from the 3 point line, while dropping 7 points in that time frame in the 3rd and 2 assists. He seemed to be just chucking up shots, and his head wasn't necessarily in the game. He eventually benched himself and called it a lackluster performance. Fire describes him as "One of the hardest to defend when he's calm but the easiest when he's low" Pontiac eventually asked for a release and was put up on the trade block, with Fire deciding to go with him, since they're a duo.

Fire becoming Head Coach of the Jazz, accepted Pontiac and they start their team here, having a game today. Maybe Pontiac can show up. He seems to be low about the incident, and quite unhappy about not getting able to face the Pistons, but it was his decision. Pelicans, meanwhile sign a new player from the Jazz, former head coach and go up against the Pistons today. A great matchup, definetely, but maybe it could've been better if Pontiac showed up in the last game? Afrah, Griffin, Lightning and Toothy along with the rest of the cast, are going to put up great numbers tonight. Hope you have a good one, we'll see you there.
