Kamel vs Team Bosh (Winner: Team Bosh)
The league wanted to see to former mvp’s go at it. Unfortnetly, Kamal had to leave the game early due to injury which then made it difficult to win the game. There was not much we could take from this game except that Mo Elhaj continues his elite level play and Yakeen Alghatti continues to be a steal for team Kamal.
Team Manea vs Team Mike (Team Manea)
Mike did his think as he continues his big season. However, team Manea was able to grab the victory late in the game with nader hitting clutch shots late to give his team the lead. This has to be the most highly anticipated match up next week. Its time for everyone to get out of mike’s way and let him destroy that defense.
Team Monawar vs Team Hussein (Winner Team Monawar)
This was a very impressive game by team huss. Without their captain, team Hussein led by MVP candidate Mo Abu led most of the game. However, with some key turn overs and big plays, team monawar was able to come back and win the game.
Team Joe Vs Team Larry
This game did not have either captain and was a fight. Critical adjustments made by head coach Bilal Farhat helped his team bring the victory home and earn the last spot of the playoffs.
Playoff Look Ahead!!!
Kamal Vs Hussein
Big question marks here???? Kamal is expected to be out. The other captain Huss may also be out. Huss team demonstrated that they can still compete with or without their captain. The last time they played, the game ended in a tie. This was a highly anticipated match up from 2 hungry teams who fight til the end!!
Monawar vs Team Larry
Team MOnawar reminds me of Dr Jekyel and Mr Hyde. Times they look to be the best in the league, other times limited skill set is grossly apparent. Which will show up Monday? We will wait and see. Also, for team Larry, they have shown many times during the season glimpses of very elite play. If they can sustain it for the full game, they are a threat.
Team Manea vs Team Mike
Will mike’s teamattes get out of his way and give him the ball as much as other captains get it? Will osama re-find his early season elite play? Can team Manea continue the recent trend of winning since acquiring Romeo in a block buster trade. Romeo has to be considered one of the highest impact players in the league as its clear what he brings to a team. Manea is undefeated since getting Romeo I believe.
Please note, these rankings are my personal opinion and not just based on what the stat chart shows. I tried to consider situations such as playing time, positions played on the court, and opportunities. Thanks.
