No Sliding Feet First to 1st Base. Umpire Judgement, Will Runner Out. 7. Anybody Flashing Weapons to Schedule Games will be escorted out of dugout, park, bleachers and will notify city representative and Officer of the Law. ( If it happens in dugout, Team will forfeit game) ***Any player caught playing in 1st, 2nd and 3rd Division in same season will be suspended for season and Forfeit the game Including PLAYOFFS...... **MERCY RULE 1. 15 RUN DEFICIT AFTER [5 INNING] 2. 10 RUNS DEFICIT CLOSING OR OPENING THE [7 INNING. ]   ***PITCHER'S* 1. Allowed 4 Hit Batters during the entire game, and if incase pitchers reach maxed Hit batters, he is allowed to continue to participate in game but not allowed to pitch *Any pitcher does not face one batter, he may play another position (if he can re-enter), but cannot pitch (3-1-1 Pen) As long as he remains active in the game he can re-enter as a pitcher. If he is removed from the game, he is not able to re-enter. Same as with any player on the team.
