Enter the names of the 5 or 6 players you wish to have play on your team during the 2017-2018 IHS Ultimate Hoops Intramural. Total cost for registering a team is $18/($3/player) unless there are only 5 registered players on your team, then it will cost $15. A player cannot be on two teams.
