The league has learned this week that Redeemer Christian School will be available for the playoffs. The spacious gymnasium has a wooden floor and overhead scoreboards. The most eye-catching performance this week came as New Christian Life's Matt Danecki poured in a league-high 58 points in a 105-94 loss to Streetsboro in a game played at Firestone Park YMCA. NCL hasn't won a game, but with Danecki around, its games are always exciting. Streetsboro got 28 apiece from Ryan Bachman and Alex Cheronis. The league is chock full of solid players nd the tournament promises to be an exciting one. Andy Millz and Reed Becker combined for 50 points to allow Portage Lakes to knock off Wedgewood inspite of newcomet Dan Fanelly's 30 points. Kasey Beard chipped in 22 for Wedgewood, while Jimmy Holmgren added 18 for PCL. In the weeks ahead, we will look closely at all eight teams.
