The Lions struggled in a close 54-49 win against the Owls this Friday night.
The Lions have come off to a good start this season with their player Josiah Barlow leading their team, right now averaging 30 points and 3.5 steals per game, albeit being one of the shortest players in the league. His quick handles, reliable jumper, long range skill, and skill in stealing show he's of the elite players. But his passing game needs work. His teammates struggle to score when he is the one always handling the ball, only passing when he's in trouble of getting the ball stolen.
Head Coach Joshua Erring says it's not a problem, and he's not worried.
"Players like Barlow run the show" he said in an interview after the game. "He can't control if his teammates shots go in. He can only play his game, his brand. If he's working like usual? Good chance they'll pick up that win."
Barlow, an upcoming star, will be certainly exciting to watch this season.
