PLEASE READ THIS WAIVER AND ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS PRIOR TO REGISTERING YOUR CHILD FOR OUR YOUTH LEAGUE. As it states in the registration frorm, submission of the registration form constitutes acknlowedgement that you have read the liability waiver and that you consent to its conditions.
