I. 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

1. FCBL is a power-ball league and will always be one.
2. FCBL will never be for sale, do not ask to buy it.
3. FCBL has 5 teams each conference, the bottom team does not make it to the playoffs.

5. FCBL does player ratings, they are updated after every week. 6. II. 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬

This season there are 10 teams. All coaches are expected to be active in signing and maintaining an active team. Coaches are also expected to host scrimmages against other teams and hold practices. 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐬𝐨 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧.

• Roster max is 20 players exact, not including the coach nor co-coach.
• All teams will start off with a cap space of 150M.
• Teams may trade for cap space but will not be granted any more cap unless certain achievements are achieved.
• For every game you win, your franchise will earn 5M in cap space.
• All players are worth 5M. All assistant coaches are worth 15M. Stars will be dealt by Pund.
• All contracts must be in this format:

III. 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠/𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠/𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠

Only Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches may offer players. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟! There is no "𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠." The Head Coach or Assistant Coach must release you before you can go to another team. Assistant Coaches can release players but the Head Coach must approve the release of the player(s).

IV. 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬

1. No Spamming on the wall! You will be warned for it then suspended for 𝐨𝐧𝐞 game.
2. No Flame Wars on the wall! You will be warned for it then suspended for 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 games.
3. 𝐍𝐨 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬! You may advertise pickups but they have to be FCBL related.
4. Do not suspend people without Pund's permission!
5. Do not over-shout unless the shout is not correct.

V. 𝐈𝐧-𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬

1. 4v4 Minimum, 5v5 Maximum
2. 4 QUARTERS 8 MINS EACH | 24 SC | HIT RIM = 15 SC
3. You have 𝟏𝟎 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐬 to cross the Half Court Line unless it will lead to a 𝟏𝟎-𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and the other team HC IBs.
4. You 𝐂𝐀𝐍 backspace to dunk.
5. If you air ball a dunk and get the ball it is a travel.
6. You can shoot freethrows with any power.
7. A technical foul will be called if any player on the court is disrespectful to the referee or any high rank in FCBL. [ 1FT + HC IB ]
8. If you acquire your 5th foul in a game, you will be fouled out of the game.
9. Presses and Miles are fouls.
10. 3 Presses is a free throw + possession.
11. You may in-bound press on OOB.
12. You may only full-court press when it is the fourth quarter 𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 1:30.
13. If a coach uses :M, :Name, :TP or anything that can ruin/interrupt the game will lead to a tech. [ 1FT + HC IB ]
14. If a team is down by 20 or more points, they may do a FB3.
15. If a team self in bounds, the other team may half-court in bound.
16. Intentional fouls are allowed meaning when you are soon to cross the HC line and force the other player to press by walking into them, that is an intentional foul.
17. A FB3 is when there is no defender in front of you. It does not matter if you shot from the corner, if there was no defender in front of you then it is considered a FB3.
18. Officials/Refs must warn the player before giving them a tech.
19. If "subs" are called, they have 10 seconds to get their players on the court, the players should already be on the X. You cannot call subs if it is not your possession.
20. If there are at least 5 players there and active, 5v5 is enforced.
21. Two techs lead to an ejection. 2 ejections lead to a suspension.
22. 6 Timeouts for the whole game, 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐒 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐓.
23. 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐎𝐎𝐁.
24. Both teams must be in the locker room in halftime, if a team comes out of the lockers the team will receive a tech.
25. Once you have made a shot, simply backspace the ball. Do not throw it as it will result in a tech 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆.
26. Bench 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 be sitting if they're not subbed in. A warning will be given then a tech.
27. You have 7 minutes to get at least 4 players for a game to start. Otherwise, your team forfeits and takes an L.
28. "𝐄𝐁𝐋 𝐇𝐨𝐩" is not allowed and will be known as a travel.
29. Max power is 80, unless it's a buzzer. 𝐒𝐂𝐕 𝐈𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐀 𝐁𝐔𝐙𝐙𝐄𝐑!
30. After a shot deep from the 3 pt line, let the referee check the power or the shot will automatically count.
31. Jerseys are enforced, click the scoreboard for a jersey. If you don't have a jersey you can't play.
32. Packages aren't allowed, they must be taken off or you cannot play.
33. 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐭. They must use ":H t/o". No player who is not a coach will be allowed to call subs or t/o.
34. Using "T" to shoot or pass anywhere outside of the paint is illegal.
35. "Physics" or when a player is flung out the court will result in a redo of possession. "Fifa" or when the ball leaves the hands of a player immediately after contact will not result in a redo. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■

VI. 𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝

A suspension will lower your chances of being hired as a referee, team owner, and an executive. If you do get accepted you have to remain active or you will be fired immediately. To be hired you must fill this application out and send it to Pund (you have to follow him to message him and make sure to check your settings);

1. Do you promise to tell the truth and nothing, but the truth?

2. Do you have any experience playing the roll as Executive? ( List where you have been a BoD in. ) ( Primarily in basketball leagues )

3. If you become an executive, what will you do to contribute to FCBL?

4. Do you know how to work the scoreboard and do calls?

5. Have you ever been suspended or argued on a group wall that almost led to suspension?

6. Have you read the FCBL Rulebook and understand the consequences and rules of FCBL?

7. How long have you been in FCBL?

VII. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧

This will conclude FCBL's rulebook. If you think there needs to be anything added into the official rulebook, private message Pund. Let's hope you can obey these rules and avoid being suspended.
