Beginning of the Crypto Wars!!!
We are happy to announce that the East Bay Cardinals Crypto League will be launched on Sunday, July 18. The league will consist of 6 Asian basketball teams from around the Bay Area, each one representing a local city and favorite crypto coin. All of the games will be played on Sunday afternoons at the SFCCC (see Venue for address).
The regular season will go from July 18 - August 15, with games played between 2 and 6 pm. The playoffs (including the championship game) will be played on Sunday, August 22 from 1 to 7 pm.
Our initial Sunday will start on Sunday, July 18 with 2 scheduled games posted on this site. All future games for the league along with start times and final scores will be posted on this website.
Remember to show up at the gym at least 20 minutes before your scheduled tipoff. There will be very limited parking in the parking lot, so park on the streets or at the parking lot on Franklin Street (1 block away). Please bring your own water supply and your team jerseys for the team. Also bring back your signed team roster and turn in with your jersey numbers before your first game.
Due to COVID restrictions, all players and spectators must wear a mask upon entering the Center and gym. Players can remove their masks to play during their games. Otherwise, individuals should leave their masks on while inside the Center. All spectators and teams awaiting their games should sit at the balcony seats across from the scoreboard.
