In a nail-biter, Handlebar Pub edged out Play 4 A Cause 77-71. Jordan Robbins was the star of the evening, racking up 30 points and dominating the boards with 13 rebounds! His performance kept the crowd roaring! Tyler Browner from Play 4 A Cause was also sensational, dropping 38 points, but it wasn’t enough to secure the win as they fell just short.
Athletico kept the momentum rolling against Wallside Windows, taking victory with a 71-53 scoreline. Chris Gillom played a pivotal role, scoring 21 points along with 11 rebounds to solidify his team's dominance, while Ryan Tokowitz contributed with 18 points. Wallside's Jon Radner had a solid performance with 18 points, but it wasn't enough to turn the tide.
In another tussle, Gatorade narrowly escaped Hutch Paving with a 75-71 win! Marlon Tabb stepped up big, leading Gatorade with 21 points and 7 assists, while Joey Turner made his presence felt on the floor, contributing 18 points. Hutch's Colton Oedy lit it up as well, scoring an impressive 23 points, but alas, victory slipped through their fingers.
Stride/S.I.G. kept their momentum going against Come Play Detroit, with a dominant 89-75 performance. Bennie Szczepkowski shined brightest, notching an incredible 30 points, 13 assists, and 6 rebounds—what a stat line! Eric Fishman from Come Play Detroit put forth a gallant effort, scoring 23 points, but it was not enough against the relentless Stride/S.I.G.
On the heels of their win, Huron Gastro bested Muscle Milk 74-67 in a thrilling match. Dylan Bressler ignited the floor with an astounding 36 points, supported by Nik Heglin’s solid 18 points. Muscle Milk’s Nayquawan Smith Davis made a valiant effort with 27 points, showcasing his skills, yet the team could not overcome Huron’s firepower!
Rocket ran past LitFinancial with a resounding 69-42 victory! Connor Pattie led Rocket with 18 points and 12 rebounds, while Lavell Tyree added his fair share with 14 points. LitFinancial’s Jalen Grayson shined in defeat, but their efforts were not enough to withstand Rocket's firepower!
Goldstein Dental secured a convincing 76-66 win over Jordan Buchanan Real Estate. Gerald Merriweather was a highlight of the night with an impressive 18 points and 15 rebounds, dominating the boards! Jordan Buchanan’s Thomas Lovachis competed hard, finishing with a tremendous 28 points, but Goldstein's teamwork proved too much!
Lastly, SurgicalOne cruised to a 68-44 win over Detroit Build. Mark McShannock led SurgicalOne with 22 points and 12 rebounds, showcasing an all-around performance. Ryan Otis tried to spark a comeback for Detroit Build with 19 points, but it was not enough to turn the results around.
