Jace Easley scored 38 points and grabbed 17 rebounds for his twelfth straight double-double and Our Savior's breezed to an 88-63 victory over East St. Louis Lincoln on Thursday night in the contiuned Braggin' Rights game between Our Savior's and East St. Louis.

Easley has 12 double doubles in twelve games, the most ever in their first twelve games for the Eagles (9-3). Easley came into the game averaging 31.0 points per game -- fifth best in the state -- and 16.1 rebounds -- second best. Easley and Peoria St. DePaul Cooper Koch are the only two players averging double doubles this season in Illinois.

Conor McCaffrey pitched in 18 points for Our Savior's. Drew Dejaynes added in 15 for the Eagles. The Trio of Easley, McCaffrey, and Dejaynes scored 71 of the Eagles 88 points in the whole ballgame.

Easley, McCaffrey and Dejaynes had 38 of the Eagles 40 points at the half, as they went into the break up 40-26. Our Savior's flirted with it's largest margian of the entire series -- but East St. Louis scored the final 8 points of the game to close the gap.

Our Savior's shot 49% overall and 45% from beyond the arc (10-22). It was the sixth straight game that the Eagles have made at least 8 3-pointers. Our Savior's sank a school-record 19 in a win over Metro East its last time out -- one game after making another 17 in an 83-79 loss to No. 11 Metamora.
