Jace Easley scored 34 points, Conor McCaffrey added 18 and Drew Dejaynes cruised to 16 as Our Savior's claimed an 86-51 victory over Trinity Bloomington on Saturday morning in the conference opener for both teams.

Easley, who came in leading the nation in scoring at 31.4 points per game, scored his usual 34 points on 13-of-22 shooting and grabbed 17 rebounds. McCaffrey added 18 on 7-of-13 shooting, Dejaynes chipped in 16 on 6-of-13 shooting for the Eagles (6-2).

Dejaynes hit a 3-pointer and then McCaffrey hit another to give Our Savior's the lead for good and spark a 16-2 run that made it 18-7 late in the 1st quarter. Bloomington answered with two free throws but Dejaynes had 10 points as the Eagles scored 14 of the next 18 to make it 32-13 and about five minutes later Our Savior's led by double figures the rest of the way.

Drew Dicken led Bloomington (4-4) with 10 points, Jonathan Blankenship, who went into the game leading the team in scoring at 16.1 points per game, finished with five points on 1-of-9 shooting.

Bloomington shot just 31% from the field and made just 2 of 4 from the free throw line.

Our Savior's made 50% overall, hit 8 3-pointers and outrebounded Bloomington 41-27.
