Men's Elite Recruit Basketball League @ ECCC

• ONLY ELITE COMPETETIVE PLAYERS ARE INVITED.
• The games will be organized, competitive, college level basketball in order to maintain the integrity of the league, player’s recruitment and/or professional development.
• NO NONSENSE POLICY- in event of any fighting, flagrant foul, verbal or physical abuse of any players, staff, referees, or anybody in attendance inside or outside of the property, they will be eliminated from the league and charges will be filed immediately.
•** (DO NOT HASSLE THE REFEREES) ONE technical foul attained and you are ejected from the current game and will be suspended for the next game. TWO technical fouls in a single season and you are suspended for the remainder and must go through an evaluation to become eligible for future seasons.**
• A technical foul will result in 2 points for the opposing team and ball out of bounds.
• 20 minute halves, running clock except on free throws and the last 2 minutes of the game- if the score is within 10 points.
• Modified WAIA rules including-** 6 fouls per player, technical foul rules, no shot clock, two- 30 second time outs per half and the NBA 3-point line will be utilized.**
• TWO Washington certified referees per game. (possibly 3 for training purposes)
• All players will be required to have matching uniforms with numbers.
• Players must have shirts tucked in while on the court.
• Seven game regular season with top 4 teams entering a one game playoff and final.
• Player fees will be demanded prior to game time.* If not collected and checked in at scorer's table, player will be ineligible*.
• ALL liability/insurance waivers and rules must be signed by each player.
• Stats will be kept and games will be filmed for recruiting purposes.
• Copies of games will be available on HUDL.com for players to create personal highlight videos.
• Stat books, camera, and game clock will be run by assigned players or volunteers not currently playing in a game.
