With the season now over and the curtains closing on a magnificent year for the Ashland Basketball League, many fans are wondering: "What's Next for the ABL?"

Being that this was the first season for the ABL, much of what we were doing was trial-and-error, checking, and approving for our methods and initiatives. First and foremost, our statistical tracking system. Currently on version 4.5.1, our statistical tracking system has come a long way. Now featuring 156,000 formulas and 185,000 data filled cells, our system has reached levels of technological sophistication and calculative efficiency we never thought we could reach. Affirmed using Microsoft Excel, this system has worked incredibly well for us and played a crucial role in every statistic throughout this season. Secondly, the recleague.net website. After successfully passing the approval process, it has been a joy to run the ABL's public stats and news from this domain, and we believe we have found the best website for our purposes. Finally, our facilities. Many concerns arose about the quality and fragility of our footage, and the primitive nature of our video recording system. However, we view our current methods as applicable to what we are doing and see them fit for the league.

So, with all that being said, we proudly announce that we will continue the ABL next season for the pleasure, entertainment, and support of our fans next season, and more information will come out about future platform changes, roster changes, and other changes that could be made about our league, next year. We thank everyone for their support this season and wish all an excellent summer.
