Pete's Park Association

This is a 3v3 basketball league located in Beverly, Massachusetts. Run by comissioner Alex O'Neil, this competitive league holds some of Beverly's top hoopers at the high school level. All games are filmed and put on YouTube at Pete's Park Association - PPA. We also have a TikTok and Instagram @ppabasketball. PPA Specific Rules
- 3 on 3 basketball, full-court
- Inbound to initiate a play and start clock after timeout, basket, foul, or any stoppage of play
- Subs can enter the game on play stoppages
- Two 12-minute halves
- Running clock until last 2 mins of each half (fouls stop clock throughout half)
- Each team has 2 timeouts
- Each team has 1 challenge and if unsuccessful, they forfeit a timeout
- 5 fouls to foul out
- If a player fouls out but the team does not have someone to replace the player, every foul after their 5th is a technical foul
- Maximum amount of players on a roster is 5
- Minimum amount of players on a roster is 4
- If a team cannot get a full starting lineup (three players), they can bring on a substitute from the substitue/free agent pool
- Trade/Signing deadline is the final week of the regular season
