Our game of the week is the 8:00 o'clock game between the two remaining undefeated teams, the Lakers vs the Suns. This game will be one of the highly competitive matchups as they have both won their three games respectively. The Suns had over a 15 oint lead over the Nets last week but the Nets rallied back and only lost by 5. The Lakers are the best defensive team in the league and have done a lot of their damage in the second half. In their first game against the Celtics, they were down by 6 at the break and had a big second half to win that game by 22. Their games in weeks 2 and 3 were both tied at the half and they ended up winning those games by a combined score of 54. The Suns have played two of the winless teams in the league, the Magic and the Cavs. It'll be interesting to see their first big test and how they handle it.
Who to watch
The league MVP Candidate is Mccrady Metelus who is second in the league in scoring in averaging over 22 a game. The high flyer has had some big dunks over their three games and it'll be interesting to see how the Lakers matchup with him. Captain Josias Metellus for the Suns has been a consistent contributer in all stat categories and he's up to having a big game as he is not afraid of the moment. For the Lakers, DJ Haynes has been their best player offensively. The big forward has been a tough matchup for all their games and no one has really had an answer for him. It'll be interesting to see what defensive set the Suns set up in. Wadner Vital has arguably been the best defensive player so far. He can guard any position 1-5 and we can see him giving Mccrady Metelus a tough night. This game has a lot of talent involved and we can't wait to see who comes out on top.
