Our week 2 game of the week is the 8:00 game between the Lakers vs Warriors.
Both teams won their first contest respectively as the Lakers beat the Celtics 74-52 and the Warriors beat the Nets 80-57. Each team were going back and forth with their opponent before pulling away for the victory. The Lakers were down for a decent chunk of their game against the Celtics but overcame their second half deficit led by Wadner Vital who finished with 17 points and only played in the second half. He'll be one to watch as now we'll get to see what he can bring in a full games time. We can see him finishing double of what he dropped in Week 1. The Warriors never trailed in the game until around 12 minutes to go in the second half but the trio led by captain Dominic Vigrass, Jordan Jacobs and Logan Voiselle put the Nets to sleep and this trio will be a tough matchup for the Lakers. Quenton Freeman may step up here and have a big game after just a quiet 8 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists in week 1. He's someone who can get to the rack when he pleases and we can see him doing just that against this Lakers squad. An advantage for the Lakers is the depth of their bench. With a full squads worth on the bench filled with guys who can get to the rim and shoot from deep, it'll be interesting to see who the starting 5 will be for the Lakers. We can see a big game from Tariq Frett who had a quiet game in week 1 but is known for getting hot quick from deep. This game can be a showdown we'll look back on as a potential game of the season.
