The 2022 Men's Spring Basketball season is scheduled for 6 weeks. Each team will play each other once in the regular season (5 weeks). At the conclusion of 5 weeks, the final league standings will determine the Week 6 matchups. If there is a two way tie in the standings, head to head record will be used as the tie-breaker. If there is a three way tie in the standings and head to head record can not be used, the next tie-breaker used will be the fewest number of points allowed per game. If an additional tie breaker is required, we will use the highest points per game totals.

May 18th Schedule
6:15pm - #5 vs #6 (Consolation Game)
7:15pm - #3 vs #4 (3rd Place Game)
8:15pm - #1 vs #2 (Championship)

Important Rules to Remember

  1. Zero Tolerance. If a player receives two unsportsmanlike technical fouls or is ejected from a game, they will be suspended for the remainder of the season.
  2. NO Dunking is allowed. A player will receive a technical foul for their 1st dunk. If they dunk again, they will receive a 2nd technical foul and be suspended for 2 games.
  3. Each team will receive 12 player cards. Each player on the roster has a player card with their name on it. That player card MUST be brought to the game with them and turned into the scorekeeper. If a player on the roster loses or forgets to bring their player card, they must show a form of identification with their name on it. Teams who have less than 12 players on their roster will receive the extra player cards to be used for subs. Each time a sub is used, they lose a player card. Example: A team has 8 players on their initial roster, they will be allowed to use a sub 4 times during the season.
  4. NO players may be added to the team roster after games have started for the season.
  5. Teams MUST have jerseys WITH numbers.
  6. NO alcohol is allowed on school grounds or in school buildings.
  7. Player behavior is a major point of emphasis. Not only behavior directed towards officials, but also directed towards opponents. Any inappropriate language WILL NOT be permitted. Please remember that this is a recreational league played inside a public school facility where children may be present.
