The Midseason mark has come and awards have been released. There are no snubs as all 5 first-team as Crowley was unanimous, averaging 42.7 ppg, 12.3 rebs, and 1.3 steals. He has been putting on a show in every game he plays, including a 50-point masterclass vs Mountain's Warriors. Francis has also shown out averaging 28.3 ppg, 11 rebs while shooting 50% from the field. Francis is also providing a stifling defense. Francis and Crowley have led their teams to undefeated records. Rockets Armbruster, commish Gill O’Neil and Suns Braganca round out the first team.
The second team is as loaded as the first as the Hawks' dynamic duo Matt and Mayen have been lethal on the pick and roll. Stevenson has averaged 22 ppg, 8 rebs, and 1.5 steals. Nets Lucas Aguiar has put on a show for the Nets as a late addition averaging 29 ppg, 6.5 rebs, and 3.5 assists for the 1-4 Brooklyn Nets. The Nets have put up better fights with teams with Aguiar and will look to keep their winning ways. Andrew Schweizer headlines this whole list as he has put up a monster 40-20 game against the Hawks last weekend. He is averaging 24.7 ppg along with 16.3 rebounds. The only thing holding him back from the first team is his abysmal 13% from the free-throw line. For Golden State Noe Diaz has had a great season along with many roster changes.
The Third team consists of Hemsey, Irvine, Bachini, James Stevenson, and Mike Keene. Each player has had a great season as captain Max Hemsey leads the list averaging 27 and 14.5 rebounds for the Seattle Supersonics. Many have underrated James Stevenson as he has not been the scoring plug many had thought before the season but has been doing everything he can to for the Grizzlies to win games. DJ Bachini, Jordan Irvine, and Mike Keene are all putting up 20ppg with a solid shooting split for their teams. The DPOY seemed obvious with Nick Braganca running away with it while Mayen Kuot and Andre Sullivan were second and third respectively. Braganca brings it every game and is excited to see what Phoenix can accomplish.
