We are excited to announce the launch of the Elementary School Basketball League for Dearborn Public Schools, proudly powered by HYPE Athletics! This league is an excellent opportunity for our young athetes to develop their skills, learn teamwork, ans engage in a fun and structured basketball program.
Girls League Overview:
January 30 2025- March 7, 2025
Grade Levels:
3rd, 4th, and 5th grades
2 teams per school: A JV team made of 3rd and 4th graders and a Varsity team made of 4th and 5th graders
Practices:
Practices will be held at your child's elementary school at the designated times from your school's coach and liaison.
Games:
Games will occur over a 4-week season.
Games will be held at either your home school or a nearby school within your school's division.
Playoffs:
There are 4 divisions in the entire league: Pioneer, Tractor, Legacy, & Thunderbird
After the end of week 4, the top team in each division will make the playoffs for each grade.
