Congratulations to the Defenders as they took down the Unicorns in the first round of playoffs by a score of 46-42. The Defenders were lead by Hobbs, #24, who had a team high 18 points. He also recorded 6 rebounds and no fouls. John, #13, also led the team with 2 free throws and a total of 11 points. The Unicorns were led by Chris, #39, who had a team high 23 points. Despite their hard effort they were unable to defeat the defenders, better luck next season. The Defenders will advance to the 2nd round of playoffs where they will play the Gladiators next week.
