Here are your 2026 Preseason Power Rankings!
Coming in at Number 1 in the Power Rankings is of course, our DEFENDING CHAMPS, the Erie Emperors! The team had had all the pieces return for season two with a couple of key additions. Will Scott Colsher have the same impact at quarterback? We will find out soon!
Coming in at number 2 is the Philadelphia Founders! With the best regular season record and a championship appearance, Captain Drew Dickson decided to craft the best possible roster while combing with last years Dinos! Will the stacked squad have what it takes to get past the championship hump?
Coming in at number 3 is the Pittsburgh Pelicans! Newly appointed Captain Jayden Cox had lots of action during free agency picking up lots of key pieces like Connor Croft, Connor Saulino, and Shane Frazer. With all QB questions answered, Ryan Ferzetti looks to have another stellar season as the QB of the team.
Coming in at number 4 is the Bucks County Buffalo! Captain Logan Freeman did plenty of outside recruiting to bolster the team’s defense in hopes to go on a deep playoff run. Joey Ruggiero comes back after winning the best center award trying to run it back. Will the Buffalo find what it takes to go all the way?
Coming in at number 5 is the York Blackhawks! Captain Avery Downing had a busy offseason trying to retool the Blackhawks in hopes for a chance at the playoffs. Losing a few key players could hurt, but the Blackhawks are confident in their squad.
Coming in at number 6 is the Lycoming Knights! Captain Colin Reda did plenty to bolster the Knights into contention. Colin used the number 2 pick in the draft to snag Shane Foley who looks to contribute right away. After going 4-4 last year, the Knights look at a tough West in hopes to make it all the way.
Coming in at number 7 is the Lehigh Valley Vikings! The first of our two expansion teams looks to make noise in the East as they push for BCFA greatness. Captain Dylan Rice is confident in the team he has assembled. We are unsure how the Vikings will play after falling to 0-2 in the BCFA Turkey Bowl Tournament. Will we see the Vikings climb the ranks?
Coming in at number 8 is the Lancaster Lightning! Captain Devlin Carey did some work in the offseason to retain free agent Jordan Long, while also bringing in Jordan’s two brothers to the squad. QB Tyler Shoch looks to have another stellar season, but we are unsure how the Lightning’s Defense will hold up in a stacked East.
Coming in at number 9 is the Delco Dinos! The Dinos look at a completely different roster as Captain Jake Pie looks to put the Dinos on the map! With questions about how the team will look and an entire new roster, the Dinos will need to prove themselves in the East.
Coming in at number 10 is the Boyertown Bulls! Captain Diego Calderon Tapia is in charge of the other expansion team, the Boyertown Bulls. After seeing some action in the offseason scrimmages, we are unsure of how well the Bulls will play. Will the Bulls have what it takes to compete with the West?
