CeleNation League

The CeleNation League is a one of a kind basketball league where “amateurs feel like pros”. The CNL focuses on providing entertainment, and building the basketball community in Central Florida. Our games are filmed with multiple cameras, color commentary, and sideline reports, all while players sport full uniforms with their name and number.

What makes us different:
- The CeleNation League is a draft league, with new teams being selected each season.
- Captains are veterans of the league, majority of which have been with the league since it began.
- Our league is player run, so all players are required to assist throughout the season in order to be invited back.
- Players help with filming, scoreboard, commentating, and officiating. (All refs are required to obtain a NFHS certificate)

In an effort to increase pace of play, we have a few unique rules to our league:
- The Penalty Box: instead of technical free-throws, the player recieving the technical foul is placed in the PB for 1 minute where his team will play 4 on 5.
- The Bing Bong Zone: our 4 point shot
- 2 for 1 Free-throws: taking after the NBA G-League, we established the 2 for 1 free-throws, where players only shoot 1 free-throw worth 2 points until the final 2 minutes of each half
- Celeb Shot: 1 time per game a captain has the option of substituting a player to take a free-throw, or he has the power to use this on defense to the opposing team

Each season we look to grow, expand, and change the world of basketball in Central Florida in hopes to help the everyday man live out their basketball dreams!
