What a Difference 19 days makes.
19 days ago, we were over matched, exhausted at the end of the game and played entire game of defense. Yesterday, we matched up better, had some offensive pressure and was 1st to the ball way more this game.
What we have been working on is working.
Defense is strong. 2nd half defense was amazing.
Chipping the ball out to the offense is starting to create opportunities.
I saw progress with the offense getting the ball to the outside and corners of the 18
Our goal kicks.
None were in the middle of the field. Most lead to moving the ball out of our defensive end. None lead to quick shots on goal by Seacoast.
Additional Note. We got our 1st corner plus 2 others of the season. That is a good sign of progress and pressure.
