Gavin Curtis strugged off a slow start and dropped in 36 points for the Elwood Lakers, as they captured the WCHSBL High School Final 90-76, over the CBRHS Titans, Monday.

Curtis was 15-for-32 shooting, including, 4 three-pointers, he also grabbed 7 rebounds, and added 5 assists, while teammate Ryan Legge finished with a double-double, 23 points and 10 rebounds, while having 3 blocks. Cole Power chipped in with 13 points, in the win.

The Titans were lead by David Penney, who dropped 18 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, and had 5 assists. Teammates Logan Etheridge added 15 points, and 11 boards, and Ryan Brake scored 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists.

Curtis was named the Lakers MVP, while Brake was named the Titans' MVP.
