Mitch's Fitness Indoor Flag Football League

Welcome to the Mitch's Fitness Indoor Arena Flag Football League, the South Suburbs' premier youth indoor flag football experience! Our league is designed to provide a fun, competitive, and developmental environment where athletes can build football skills, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship while competing in exciting 5-on-5 arena-style games.

All games are played indoors at Mitch's Fitness, located at 22137 Governors Highway, Richton Park, IL 60471, allowing for a consistent playing experience regardless of weather conditions. The league is open to boys and girls ages 6-12, with divisions created based on age and skill level whenever possible to ensure balanced competition.

Players will compete in an 8-week regular season, followed by playoffs and a championship game. Every athlete receives a custom team jersey, and each game features individual player statistics, professional videography, and in-app player highlights so families can relive every big play.

League Rules

• 5 vs. 5 Indoor Arena Flag Football
• Mouthguards are recommended, but not required
• Players must wear running shoes
• Good sportsmanship is expected from all players, coaches, and spectators
• League officials reserve the right to enforce all rules and remove anyone displaying unsportsmanlike conduct

Parent & Player Information

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before game time for check-in and warm-ups.
• Players should bring a water bottle and wear their assigned jerseys with BLACK shorts. Players that are not in a proper uniform will not be able to play. 
• Game schedules, standings, statistics, and league updates will be available through our league platform.
• Weather is never a concern. All games are played indoors on professional-grade turf.
