All Gas No Brakes delivered its most impressive offensive performance of the season Saturday night, cruising to a 114-68 victory over Los Trinitarios at the Multi-Purpose Sports Complex.
Balanced scoring fueled the win, with Zion Phillip leading the way with 24 points. Taije Nathaniel added 17 points, while Xiiomar Gunn contributed 14 points. Amarlee Glasgow, Alonzo Baptiste, and Nkel Stevens each chipped in 11 points as All Gas No Brakes placed seven players in double figures.
The team dominated on both ends of the floor, outrebounding Los Trinitarios 59-29 and finishing with 25 assists and 17 steals.
Los Trinitarios were led by Wayne O'Neal and Ricco Bailey, who scored 18 points each. Bailey connected on six three-pointers, while Kiejuan Barzey and Azaniah Glasgow added 10 points apiece.
After taking a 47-32 lead into halftime, All Gas No Brakes broke the game open in the second half, scoring 67 points over the final two quarters to secure the convincing victory and improve to 2-4 on the season.
